3.0 Purchasing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. We accept payment via Paypal, Stripe and credit card.
When an order is made on our website, we record sufficient personal details to confirm your identity and to ensure we send goods to the correct address. At no time do we record your credit card information on our site. When you purchase goods at www.frombasquewithlove.com your payment details are processed securely through a secure payment gateway. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.

4.0 Product Availability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, at any one time there may be items unavailable. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the purchaser will be offered the choice of a full refund or to choose another product.

5.0 Shipping

FROM BASQUE WITH LOVE ships domestically using Australia Post. We offer free shipping on all orders above $99 throughout Australia. All orders will be dispatched as quickly as we can pack them! (within 2 working days of your order being placed). Orders placed after business hours or over the weekend will not be sent out until the next business day.
Delivery via Australia Post within Australia takes between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched depending on your location. Should you have any questions relating to the progress of your order please contact us on info@frombasquewithlove.com.

6.0 Return Policy

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us on info@frombasquewithlove.com within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received or is faulty in some way, FROM BASQUE WITH LOVE will replace the product at no additional cost.
